Fleet Management Application

SkyTrackers is applicable to most any type of business deploying mobile assets.

Any industry may use SkyTrackers to locate and manage the routes of delivery trucks, service vehicles etc. In doing so, your Customer Service personnel will be able to notify customers when to expect the delivery of products or services without having to contact the vehicle's driver prior. In addition, unusual delays and/or deviations from an indicated route are easily spotted, and corrective action may be taken as appropriate, since evidence of such delay or deviation is recorded and stored.

Government institutions, such as bus authorities and ambulances services, are known to use AVL to optimize their provision of service, as well. Whether to reduce maintenance cost or to ensure a shorter response-time when emergencies are reported, many consider these systems as indispensable for their day-to-day operations.

And how beneficial can SkyTrackers be for private companies and governmental entities to be able to track the whereabouts of costly equipment such as cranes, diggers, generators, vessels, etc., at any and all times and anywhere in the world?

Localization is an important function of SkyTrackers, but there are a series of ancillary capabilities, as well. For instance, the platform allows for the constant monitoring of temperature on-board vehicles transporting refrigerated or frozen merchandize. Sensors may also be set to report excesses of certain maximum speed levels. And should a vehicle be stolen or lost, the engine can be shut down with the push of a button, from the customer's desk.
