AT&T offers fixed business lines as the ideal alternative for all of your business’ daily needs
Business Lines are used widely by small and medium-size businesses that do not have a Private Branch Exchange (PBX) capable of receiving a digital signal.  A Business Line is a simple phone line we all know and have used for decades.  Business Lines are connected directly to an individual telephone or to a key-system within your business.

If your business requires multiple lines, we can combine them to provide hunting service, where one phone number can be associated with several incoming lines. Please note that we support Local Number Portability (LNP) allowing customers to retain their current telephone number(s) and port them over to the AT&T network.

How Does It Work?
Business Lines entering your premises are connected directly to individual telephone handsets or to a key-system clustering several telephone handsets.

In the former case, each telephone number is registered in the AT&T switch and associated with an individual line and handset. This allows the user to make and receive local, interstate and international calls, and enjoy the additional features that may be assigned to the number by our switch.
